I've also had Jeremy and Matt help me in the past and all of the professionals take the time to talk and explain the services thoroughly with me, usually while I'm seated in the comfortable waiting area enjoying a complimentary coffee. I love that I don;t have to prearrange oil changes and tire rotations, and I can just go and they have me in and out within the hour or less. Need ride to post-surgery physical therapy I am a handicapped person, presently unable to drive. I had a medical appointment in less than 24 hours, when I discovered my battery was dead. I spoke to Jeremy, who arranged to have my SUV taken into their shop the next morning. The battery could not be re-charged. A new battery was installed. Two Acura of Johnston men drove my SUV and another vehicle to my house just in time for my driver to get me to my appointment. Could not have gone smoother! ....Thank you, Jeremy, and those two guys!
