After numerous unanswered voicemails left for Anthony (GM), he confirmed it hadn't been refunded and said it would be refunded. That was 2 weeks ago! I also prepaid $895 for an exterior and interior protection product. The local supplier said they have not been paid, so I can not schedule the installment. I have asked for a refund for these products, and NO answer. I have contacted a lawyer. Reported them to BBB. More
