Purchase of a new 2017 ILX Acura I was very pleased with my purchase of a new ILX Acura. I really wanted a lighter interior, but was hesitant about purchasing a red exterior. I was very pleased with my purchase of a new ILX Acura. I really wanted a lighter interior, but was hesitant about purchasing a red exterior. Once I took a test drive and had questions answered by Alen I felt more comfortable and at ease in making my ultimate decision. Alen did a great job answering many of my questions, and was very helpful. When I first went to the lot to look at Acura vehicles, Elda responded to me politely and quickly. She also text me about an appointment with Alen in an speedy manner. The phone call message from Alen was right away in the morning, and he also had a vehicle ready with beige interior for me to look at and test drive without having to look at more vehicles. Looking at more vehicles would be more confusing and overwhelming especially when you are looking at a brand new purchase. I was specific in what I was looking for and the dealership met those expectations. I was also pleased with how the finance department walked me through the steps of paper work. Purchasing a new vehicle is not an easy process, it can be overwhelming. It is also a huge purchase. I felt comfortable and valued as a customer. I look forward to coming back when my new Acura for service appointments or future needs. Alen also reached back with me by phone the following week to see how my car was running, if I had anymore questions/concerns, and asked how I was enjoying my vehicle. Getting in touch with a customer after a big purchase of a new vehicle speaks volumes about the quality of care and concern with consumers. Alen did an oustanding job and I am very pleased with my new purchase. Thank you for your time and expertise. More
