Took our 2006 in for repair. Two weeks later after our phone calls we were told it was fixed. Went up to get it next day, it wasn’t ready.( Right front headlight, air conditioner Two weeks later after our phone calls we were told it was fixed. After they did the Repairs, the air conditioning fan was too loud, the side mirrors no longer could be set, and the bumper under the headlight no longer seated correctly. We are weeks later and Acura service manager says they didn’t do anything with the bumper, therefore not their problem. All we know is that it wasn’t that way when we dropped it off, but it was when we picked it up. This is the worst Service department we have ever experienced. More

Don’t spend $1000 for windshield protection because it protects nothing. But they won’t tell you that. When you need your windshield replaced, you find that its not covered. Rude, pushy, then when I bought the used 2017 truck with 40k miles on it, I come to realize the following: 1) AC is blowing hot air (took back 2-3 weeks later they refused to help, laughed me out of the building when I asked). 2) The car battery is dead after a week of owning it. 3) I go to get a leveling kit, and my guy informs me that he can't work on the truck, due to the fact that it is RUSTED OUT AND WAS COVERED UP BY BLACK SYNTHETIC MATERIAL. The entire truck is rusted, was not disclosed to me and they sold it as is, upon discovering the truck is not worth keeping due to the amount of rust, I go back to them for the umpteenth time and they still won't help. A nightmare dealing with them. Dropped my truck off for them to look at it one day and they left it parked until I called and came by at 6pm, didn't even care to look at it. Snakes! I go back to the dealer demanding to get out of the contract, due to the fact it's rusted out, suspension is not in good shape, I couldn't see the rust when I purchased the car for almost $40k. They argued and basically said they'd buy it back for $4k less than I paid for it and tried to convince me to buy from them again. More

Lost my car!!! My Acura had an 8:00 am appoint ment for the airbag recall replacement. Was told i would have it back by 10:30 at the latest. At 3 pm i had gotten my car or heard from them, Called to find out what was going on and was told i was not in the system and they did not know where my car was or what was going on with it. Three people told me this. I went up there to find out it was in the shop the whole time and these service people couldn't find it. The one working on it broke parts in the steering wheel so had to order a whole new steering wheel. They broke the cover behind the steering wheel. Offered me a complimentary oil change. If they did it they didn't reset the computer. offered me a complimentary front end alignment. The mechanic left his hand towels on the top of the axel and they fell down on to the top of the drive shaft and got tangled up in it. Was told my car was acting like a vacuum and xxxxxxx stuff up off the road. Really I have been driving the car for 3 years and it is just now vacuuming the roads. Then it was to have both the passenger and driver airbags replaced they only did the driver and i think that is cause they are lazy and because their mechanic broke the steering wheel. So the passenger air bag has yet to be done. They will not ever see me or my car again. More

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I bought a New 2017 Acura RDX in July 2017. The buying experience was a complete nightmare that consisted of 3 different salesmen, 2 finance managers and 6 frustrating hours. I tried, politely, to leave several times but they kept insisting on making the sell. Finally, the deal was made and I was on my way! Literally, out the door with no instructions, no preview of the options, just a quick walk around and a please give us a five star rating on the survey that will be sent to your email, which they never sent and now I know why! That night, we noticed that the driver side fog light was busted. I contacted the dealership and was told that I should have mentioned it before I left because it could have happened on my ride home! Really? More to come! More
