Dwight Rogers made the purchase of our new TLX smooth. He took time to help me coordinate the trial-fit of 3 car-seats in various cars to make sure they could accomodate our family. They gave us a fair price for our trade-in (purchased there when they were in Pasadena). Dwight was available at all times for any questions that came up through the decision-making process. He sent us everything in advance so that the morning of our purchase, the paperwork was ready when we arrived and the car was already washed and ready to drive home. Alton in finance handled the paperwork efficiently. And when it came down to taking the car home, Dwight patiently explained all of the technology that comes packed in this amazing mobile. From the porters who prep the car with an eye for detail, through the kind receptionists who greet and direct, including eveyone involved in the purchase and service processes, all the way to the owners Jeanne and Bill...everyone is hands-on and involved with making sure that their customers are cared for and treated like family.
