However, that all changed this weekend while getting my new TLX at Acura of Glendale. Dwight Rogers made the process a breeze. He answered all my questions and I never felt pressured. The entire "feel" of the place was not like any other experience I have had at a dealership before. Kudos to the management, you can really see you have great/happy people working looking to go above and beyond for your customers. This is my 5th car with Acura of Glendale and my 6th Acura overall and the buying experience is flawless. I received a letter in the mail from Acura about buting m out of my lease early and the next day Dwight was reaching out to me to ask me if I got the letter and when would I like to come in and get my new car. When I arrived at the dealership my paperwork was ready to be signed. It was quick and easy, I think I spent more time in IKEA afterwards trying to buy something. Alton was very helpful in pointing out some of the newer features that my old Acura did not have. More
