Paul took care of my normal oil change/tire rotation service AND resolved the problem with my speakers AND tested my battery and replaced it since it was bad. His service was outstanding and heads and shoulders above any other I have received at any other dealership! More

I live in Cockeysville and used to service my 2007 TL Type-S with Frankel, but I found them to be arrogant, shady, and dishonest. He and his team take the time to understand any of my concerns and work to keep my car in tip-top shape. He has never tried to sell me any service my car didn't need, and I can appreciate that considering it happens all the time at other dealers.
