Paul took care of my normal oil change/tire rotation service AND resolved the problem with my speakers AND tested my battery and replaced it since it was bad. I had no idea that the battery was going bad -- it was sure a nice surprise to find that he tested it versus trying to start the car one cold morning and find it was dead! His service was outstanding and heads and shoulders above any other I have received at any other dealership! More
I live in Cockeysville and used to service my 2007 TL Type-S with Frankel, but I found them to be arrogant, shady, and dishonest. I switched to Rob Squibb at Norris Acura West in 2008 and never looked b Type-S with Frankel, but I found them to be arrogant, shady, and dishonest. I switched to Rob Squibb at Norris Acura West in 2008 and never looked back. I trust Rob completely. Rob is very friendly and honest about my service needs. He and his team take the time to understand any of my concerns and work to keep my car in tip-top shape. He has never tried to sell me any service my car didn't need, and I can appreciate that considering it happens all the time at other dealers. It's worth the drive to see Rob because I know I won't be taken advantage of and my car will be maintained properly. Thanks Rob! More

However, we tend to stick with the same advisor since he gets to know your vehicle. Rob Squibb has been our advisor since he came to Norris Acura West. He continually goes out of his way to assist and accommodate us. He has worked with factory representatives on our behalf. His knowledge is a valued resource to us. We trust that he will keep our vehicles running and safe, especially our oldest Acura with over 150,000 miles. We would definitely recommend this dealership and value the quality service provided. His knowledge and enthusiasm has been an invaluable resource to me. Rob has earned my trust and is always a pleasure to meet with. He continually goes out of his way to assist me in any matter, provide me with any applicable service coupons, arrange for car loans when needed,and get my car back to me in a timely manner. He always double checks the service work, preventing me from having to return the car for any glitches.His enthusiam and politeness are always present, independent of any crisis he may be handling. When my first car was totalled and I purchased another 2008 RL from a dealership in Pennsylvania, I, because of Rob, did not hesitate to have Norris do the Mayland inspection, do some paint touch ups, and to "check" out the car. I was very pleased with the great customer service I recieved the moment I step in the office, I had a factory recall which was taken care of and there were a see light on my dash board that also was ta recieved the moment I step in the office, I had a factory recall which was taken care of and there were a see light on my dash board that also was taken care of , the seat belt buckle was causing the problem,the tech and my service advisor took care of everything, I was very please, the lobby and seating area was immaculate, thanks again Norris Acura, kudos to Jeff.
