Oil change I was not satisfied with my visit. I had an appointment for 9 am. I was told that it would take about an hour, which is reasonable for an oil change. I was not satisfied with my visit. I had an appointment for 9 am. I was told that it would take about an hour, which is reasonable for an oil change. The oil change took 2 1/2 hours and that was because I started to complain. I saw the technition drive my car to his work station and start to work on it at about 11 am. The prices were increased for full synthetic to 99.95, which was upsetting as well. More

Fast and reliable service as always Cherise was very prompt in taking my vehicle and allowing me to go on with my day. Sheena Antoine is outstanding! I have always had Acuras and used the Manhattan dealership until it closed. My initial experience in 2014 was mediocre. However I just traded in my RDX for 2018 lease this weekend and it was an outstanding experience. That is all down to Sheena Antoine. She was outstanding: professional, capable, courteous, responsive and friendly. I was very impressed by her and highly recommend working with her to get a new car. She graciously accommodated our tight schedule and managed everything beautifully. More

But wait... there is a $1495 certif Run Away! Internet price on a Certified Pre Owned 2014 Acura MDX was $33,812. No problem, it's the vehicle I want. But wait... there is a $1495 certification fee on top of the $995 documentation fee. Why would you advertise it as Certified if it is not? If you want to sell it for $1500 more, make the price $1500 more. What kind of a fool would I be for falling for the 'good ole bait-and-switch'. Don't say you weren't warned. More

Most of the employees were nice to great. But it seems some people like those that accepts payments after the work seem to be overworked. He didn't do anything wrong but he seemed like he didn't care for the job and was just going thru the motions. While I was doing my payment and someone was asking him a question it seemed like I disappeared into thin air. he started talking to the person about something that didn't seem important while we were in the middle of my transaction. So I was just standing there while they finished their conversation without as much as an 'excuse me sir, I will be just a minute'. I've been waiting for my car for 5hours already and I have an hour drive to my house so why don't we finish my transaction so I can go and you can continue your conversation for however long you want? I don't appreciate standing for 5-10mins waiting for you to finish whatever it is your talking about when I know for sure that's not company business you are talking about. Aside from that how about we limit the number of people who can make an appointment at a certain time? everyone cant come for the same 8am appointment. walk-ins shouldn't be allowed the same time at those who made appointments. Just because they got there earlier than a person with an appointment doesn't mean they should be taken first. which makes the person with the appointment wait longer for their car to be fix. If it comes to it lets just get rid of appointments and let it be first come first serve. People in the service area were totally awesome and whatever negative points I made were just positive critique. I hope management looks at this issue. There's a reason I don't go to acura dealerships closer to me. More
