Great service Sometimes the service at Acura is mediocre. Most times they don't call to keep me updated - I have to constantly call them and they don't return calls Sometimes the service at Acura is mediocre. Most times they don't call to keep me updated - I have to constantly call them and they don't return calls. And the car is usually not ready when I go to pick it up. Yesterday's experience was way better than I've had in the past. Richard Billingsley was efficient and called me to keep me updated. The car was making a clunking and rattling noise; I was there last week and they couldn't find the problem. So I brought the car back, Kawsar checked it and found the cause of the rattling. I'm not sure the clunking is solved yet - it comes and goes sporadically. But And the car was waiting for me when I got there. Keep up the good work! More

Not bad 20 minutes in line to check-in. 22 minutes from check-in to getting my car after it was done. Just an oil change, so not bad. After more than 2 hours, and after twice checking with adviser, I learned that nothing h Brought my 2013 rdx in for routine oil change service today. After more than 2 hours, and after twice checking with adviser, I learned that nothing had been done for my car. I was initially told that two people were ahead of me and at another, that work on my car should be nearly done. That was obviously not the case as we both learned after over two hours. I was not charged for oil change and left without any paperwork. I regret that I did not get the adviser's name. More
