I was welcomed and promptly and efficiently handled. The car was taken care of for the required regular maintenance service (for >9000 miles, for the third time). I was surprised to pay for the regular maintenance service except for the oil without including the filter. I paid a total of $160.00 for regular promised maintenance that was shown to me. Could you please be kind enough elaborating for what are the maintenance items that I paid for. I asked this before to have the specifics maintenance service I paid for so that I will know exactly what I paid and the service I did not. This issue comes up each time for the service. When I bought the car I was told the mileage for service is 5000 miles, I have already been at Acura service 3 or 4 times for 9400 miles. Kai Mui was up for the task he has a relaxed personality and very knowledgeable. You are very lucky to have a sales man like that because I can be very difficult. He brought in the Service guy to sit with me in the vehicle to help resolve the Rear Audio issue and wouldn't leave until we figured it out. All in all a great visit. More

Diagnosis and Repairs Acura did a terrific job with my 2002 MDX. What I thought was a big steering wheel problem they solved with topping off my power steering fuel recept Acura did a terrific job with my 2002 MDX. What I thought was a big steering wheel problem they solved with topping off my power steering fuel receptacle. They diagnosed some other problems, identified the very urgent one(s) that should be done immediately and the others that can wait. They also advised me about some previous work done by another (non-Acura) shop. Along with that came great customer service and taking the time to explain everything. I was told 30 mins for something and ended up being 2.5 hrs of waiting. I took the steps to find the service personnel to get a status. That's something I did not like to do. I felt awkward and like I was bothering them. More
