It sounds much better when there is a conversation that starts by educating the consumer as to the various services available for the car, the benefits of those services and when they should be done, than telling you that you need to do... or your car needs... Although it is inconvenient for me to go back to Acura of Brooklyn I am really considering it because of the service that I received. Thanks Albert. More
