Repairs Service agent Dave provided excellent customer service and explanation of auto issues and repairs required. The Cashiers were rude on two occasion Service agent Dave provided excellent customer service and explanation of auto issues and repairs required. The Cashiers were rude on two occasions. There is no visual sign to direct the customer when dropping off the vehicle to see the agent prior to going directly to the cashier's desk. When I arrived the first cashier was extremely rude. When picking up my vehicle I was not aware I had to see the agent again to get the bill prior to going to the cashier. The second cashier again was rude in providing direction. I have been a customer with Acura since 2003 and have always received great service. More
