Yes, I can't be 100% sure it was missing at the place, but I can't think of any other way it would just come off and get missing. About a week back I got service done at the place and when I open the car hood today I see one of the cap is missing from a fluid container. When I call and spoke to the dealer I was confirmed that it was there when I took my car for service or else the mechanic/advisor would of write it down. So I'm just not sure how it got missing while driving. Very disappointed with the first service I got done. More

It's good to see an old familiar face. I was very surprised and pleased to see that an old familiar face has returened to AOB. I'm speaking non other than Heather Forntno. I told her how happy it was to see that she has returned. I also told her of my dissatisfaction of the previous managers that worked there. She tells me that AOB has recently revamp all of their staff. I was pleased to hear that. I did not like the service that I was receiving from them. With their service I had to make several trips back and fort to rectify my issues. Anyway I can go on an on about their sevice but my fingers might get num from typing. All in all I am pleased and very happy that my agent Heather has returned. Please do what every it takes to keep her around this time. She is a valuable asset to AOB.
