Service experience Paula, who was my handler in service was attentive and very helpful. She contacted me promptly to keep me informed and coordinate convenient pickup. However, the wait for the car to be delivered from the lot was excessive, about 40 minutes. I would suggest more help to deliver cars from the holding lot at congested times of pickup. More

Oil Change I don't believe that everything was done during my service as promised. I was supposed to get tires rotated which doesn't look like it was done. Asked her why do I need to schedule an appointment in advance if I can't have the car serviced at the scheduled time and she told me an appointment means I can have the car service today, REALLY??? She went on to ask the manager and he pretty much said the same thing and ask me if I can call back in 2 hours to check the availability. Totoally unacceptable customer service and I am a first time customer. Won't go back there again. Great way to lose a customer!! Unreal!!! More

Service Went in to have my MDX service. Process was very pleasant. The appointment process was very convenient. When i dropped off my vehicle the service re Went in to have my MDX service.
