Gary Krier has always been responsive to all of my car needs over the years and has always given me a car to use whenever necessary....a great relief when you have only one car! He has always been honest and straight forward and is a real pleasure to work with. Ron and the entire staff are are always pleasant and the lounge is a very comfortable place to wait for repairs to be completed. If you are looking for a great car and great service you will find it at Acura of Brookfield. More

Great service, great people, great dealership. The best. I bought a used 2003 MDX(182K) a year ago from AoB. I've had in back in for service and recalls 4 or 5 times and have always been treated well. Proble I bought a used 2003 MDX(182K) a year ago from AoB. Twice I've been given a new car as a loaner when the work would take a while or overnight. Even when we brought my daughters '98 Acura in for a new key they bent over backwards to serve us. More

David Osterhaus of Brookfield Acura is by far the best. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, and easy to work with. Most important, he is willing to accommodate my needs on a personal basis. As a hobby I restore vintage motorcycles and I suspect possess greater mechanical and automotive knowledge then the average customer. Therefore, I enjoy doing some of the routine work and maintenance myself. David has freely offered advice and modified maintenance schedules for my benefit. This is in stark contrast from the experience I had with another dealership down the road. This dealership did not appreciate the fact that I like doing some of my own work, and it seemed like a real chore for them to deviate or modify their set maintenance. More

Excellent Dealers I have been a customer of AOB for the past 15 years and have had nothing but positive interactions with them. I have purchased 5 new Acura's and the I have been a customer of AOB for the past 15 years and have had nothing but positive interactions with them. I have purchased 5 new Acura's and their service is second to none. If and when I changed automobiles it will not be the fought of dealer. It will be because of the manufacturer. I have been disappointed the last few years with the manufacturer's engineering and design team. They have become more radical and out of touch with the market each year. I have been sticking with them in hopes of them getting it together. My patience is wearing thin. More

They always do a great job of keeping me informed what's going on and not doing or recommending extraneous work. I've enjoyed my experience there so far, and I'd even go so far as to recommend them to non-Acura owners. I like doing a lot of maintenance myself when I have the time for it, but if time doesn't allow that, Acura of Brookfield definitely fills the gap! More

That's because similar to what another review said, it's hard to believe that an honest, charge less rather than more Acura dealership exists. Almost sounds like a fantasy;-) I live in Chicago, bought my first car from Brookfield 13 years ago, and continue to return as I'm on my third Acura. Service is exceptional, I usually work with Colin, who knows what it means to give personalized attention & get things done. They charge by the book for what a job costs & their techs get it done in that time, instead of maximizing time & charging for every minute, as I've had happen every time I go to an Acura dealership in the Chicagoland area. It's paid for the gas/travel time to Wisconsin many times over through the years. Nick, the head technician at the dealership, almost always works on my cars & does excellent, top-notch work. I never have issues after leaving the dealership. I'm moving out West in a few months & am terrified at how badly I'm going to get jacked at local dealerships. When the car needs major work (clutch, transmission, etc) I will probably bring it back to Brookfield to have it done, even at extra cost. That's how much I trust their integrity & quality of service. John has also been an invaluable source of information & guidance regarding aftermarket upgrades for my car. It's been truly inspirational to be a customer of theirs. I will miss you guys!:-) More
