Not good Wrong oil in car. Synthetic oil should have been in computer. According to manufacture wrong pressure in tires. Scheduled for oil, blades & tire rotat Wrong oil in car. Did not tell me car needed schedule "B" & car needed to be in shop longer. Had to get a loaner. Over all service needs to explain what was needed. More

I had a breakdown and was able to get my vehicle right in. My car broke down on a Friday evening. I called just before closing and they advised my to have the car towed in the next day. I did and they took me in on Saturday and provided a loaner until completed. besides the need for a starter (the reason for the breakdown) they also proceeded to look other things over and found additional work to be done. The work was done completely and done early. I was contacted several times in between to make sure I was OK with the repairs. I was provided with several options and I was treated very courteously. Scheduling for service is super easy, just pull in the side door, which opens upon your arrival, pull in to the heated, tiled almost showroom like room, they great you at your car and thoroughly take the time to understand your needs and explain the services and costs up front. If you have something small, you can stop in anytime and they will do what they can to get you in and usually take care of the problem right away. Would recommend and will remain loyal. More

With 2 or 3 cars in use at any time, that adds up to quite a few service visits, and our experience has never been less than EXCEPTIONAL. And that I can leave my '98 Integra and drive off in a spotless new loaner for the day is icing on the cake. Net, AOB consistently has the best service of ANY business I can think of. More

I was near the airport at the time and couldn't drive much more that few blocks before my temp gauge would hit the roof. I talked with John Vasos and he advised it would be best to tow at that point. He hooked me up with a preferred towing vendor that arrived quickly with a flat bed too. Colin met me at the tow truck to check mileage and start checking me in. A loaner was setup quickly and I was on my way. Picked up the car the next day and I'm back on the road! This is just one of my many excellent service experiences I've had at Acura of Brookfield. They know how to keep their customers happy. The pricing is a bit higher that what you might pay at a Honda dealer, but it worth it to me. I also service my two other Hondas here as well. Wonderful experience, as always, at Acura of Brookfield My MDX was in for a minor recall fix. This car has essentially been trouble free for 20,000 miles. When I called for an appointment they greeted me, as always, with friendship and welcoming attitude. They offered a loaner car, and took care of me when I arrived with aplomb. The car was completed and washed nicely, and they were as polite as could be upon pick up. These folks have the customer service element down perfectly. You need to buy and service your car here. More
