Great service I took my Acura in for service and they got me in at the time of my appointment. Dan, the service advisor was great. The service was done in a timely I took my Acura in for service and they got me in at the time of my appointment. Dan, the service advisor was great. Beyond helpful and accommodating I made an on-line appointment for scheduled service, based on the reminder that appeared on my dashboard. After doing so, I received a call reviewing the recommended repairs, etc. The Service representative stated that he would apply a coupon that was available on line (that I wasn't aware of) - which I greatly appreciated. In addition, I knew I would not be able to pick up my car when it was complete, as my husband was out of of town and didn't have a way to get there etc. I was offered transportation to and from the dealership. Even though the logistics wouldn't work, I greatly appreciated that it as an option. I received updates on the progress of my repairs and a call when they were completed. I picked up the car the following morning - and even had the delight of having the frost from my car windows scraped so it was ready to drive. I love this dealership. I have a 2009 Acura TL - it is by far the best car I have ever had. It has ONLY needed scheduled maintenance. You have the option of a new loaner, which is fun; everyone from the service staff to the cashiers, to the guys who retrieve your car for you are top notch and make you feel truly valued as a customer. I strongly recommend this dealership. Ann W. More

I purchased it new and it now has over 190,000 miles on it. I am confident that it will surpass 200,000 miles or more because of the care we've received at this dealership. That is nice and somewhat expected, but the way I was treated was so much better than expected! I have been an Acura of Brookfield customer for 23 years now and I always appreciate how nice everyone is, and so accommodating, but on my last visit I felt like a rock star, or something! Gary Krier recognized me right away and instructed Adam to take very good care of me then John Vasos went out of his way to locate me in the waiting room and catch up. We had so much fun talking the time flew by and I almost didn't want to leave! I LOVE the people and service at Acura of Brookfield!! Rich Bravata just sold my daughter a car last month, and she loves it, too!! More
