Great service - as always Had the car in for winter tire changeover. I chose not to wait and they gave me a ride back to work. Always great in the past, no so this time Service dept failed to take the initiative to tell me that there was a recall, even though I asked a few weeks prior. Thus i had to leave the car overnight and drive back to get it the next day, approx. 35 miles each day. The dealership should have looked into this prior to my visit. Poor communication. Routine maintenance cost just under $400, seems excessive for a 2016 MDX, looks to me like a revenue builder. Loaner car was provided, but I was told to return it with the gas tank t the same level? Why, not my fault Acura had a recall! Service people were courteous and listened to my issues. More
