Service Visit I have been going to Acura of Brookfield since 1991. They have been servicing both of my Acura owned vehicles and I purchased my last Acura from them I have been going to Acura of Brookfield since 1991. They have been servicing both of my Acura owned vehicles and I purchased my last Acura from them too. They have excellent customer service and have always been very accommodating to me. I did not have an appointment scheduled for the service I had yesterday but they fit me in and I was in and out pretty quickly. The service agents have always taken good care of me and always thoroughly explain what is going on with my vehicle. When people ask me why I take my car to a dealer to be serviced, it is because I trust them with my vehicle and their customer service is outstanding. More

Repair on new car For some reason glove compartment latch failed and seemed to be related to cold weather. Never had this happen in over a half century of driving. Of course it worked fine when I brought the car into the dealership! However a replacement part was ordered just in case. Sudden failures It sure seems like cars have problems at the worst possible time. My driver-side headlamp went out just as dusk set in and the snow was beginning to fall. Of course, it had to be the lamp that was the least accessible. Fortunately, I was near the Acura of Brookfield dealership. I spoke with Gary Krier about getting in for a repair, but the shop was booked through the first half of the following week! Rather than have me leave the dealership under less than ideal conditions and with only one headlamp, Gary replaced the lamp himself, and I was on my way shortly. It is superior customer service and quality repairs that have made me a loyal customer. More
