Great Service Department Once again, as usual, I was thoroughly satisfied with my most recent vehicle service. The vehicle had several issues beyond the normal service and, Once again, as usual, I was thoroughly satisfied with my most recent vehicle service. The vehicle had several issues beyond the normal service and, for each of those issues, they investigated the problem, identified the solution, fully advised me of the answers, identified any applicable warranty claims and let me decide how to proceed. They were prompt and are always very courteous. I also like their complimentary conceirge service with free pickup and delivery with an available service vehicle. They really make Acura an even better choice. More

Three qualities set this store apart from others: 1) courteous staff, 2) ethical trea The team of professionals at Acura of Brookfield is outstanding! Three qualities set this store apart from others: 1) courteous staff, 2) ethical treatment, and 3) cleanly and comfortable waiting areas. 1) Courteous staff. I have visited at all times of day-- 7:30 AM, 12:00 PM, 5:45 PM-- and the staff has always been friendly, courteous, and genuinely interested to help customers. The staff has been willing to go above and beyond their duties to assure quality treatment of customers. The staff seems to genuinely enjoy being at work each day, and this upbeat attitude is reflected in interactions with customers. 2) Ethical treatment. The automobile service industry has a huge potential for unfair or unethical treatment-- customers want to spend as little money as possible and service departments cannot always predict the issues "under the hood" and the labor time required to fix these issues. The Service Advisors at Acura walk customers through each area that could be fixed, any safety concerns if the work is not performed, and will call to update if additional costs are plausible. At Acura of Brookfield, I feel that the Service Advisors provide accurate assessments of expected costs and the service team makes every attempt to reduce cost of labor. 3) Cleanly and comfortable waiting areas. The furniture is very comfortable, and the area is very clean. There are plenty of snacks and beverages, and ample space for many customers to be seated comfortably. More
Oil change and tire rotation GREAT service!! They buffed the hood of the car, changed the oil, rotated the tires, applied rainx to the windshield and washed the car not to mention GREAT service!! The person that came to review my car/oil change with me spent more time t Terrible experience this last time at Acura. I came in for an oil change. The person that came to review my car/oil change with me spent more time telling me about how they refilled my windshield washer fluid than he did explaining the "multiple oil leaks in the oil pan". No one wants to hear about multiple oil leaks obviously but it was just so barely mentioned. And after he mentioned the oil leaks I told him that I had the oil pan replaced at Acura just last year (which he didn't know). Then he just moved on to other recommendations -- which I have since done at Firestone by Brookfield Square for cheaper (brake fluid flush / new cabin air filter). So, how can I have all these oil leaks in the oil pan anyway if I just spent like $600 getting it fixed/replaced last year? That really irked me. More
