It was ok everyone was nice. Went in and had free service...at first. The waiting room was great . The main issue I had was not being told it would take 2 hours + and was charged 70$ for one lug nut service...at first. The waiting room was great . The main issue I had was not being told it would take 2 hours + and was charged 70$ for one lug nut and was informed that might not even have solved the issue causing more issues and more $$ because the wheel lock Acura had on my vehicle was not coming off. Overall nice place just overpriced with no pre notifications tell your there and stuck with no options. More

I have had a great experience with them. I got the car at the end of December. Right away I had a problem with some sensors. At first they couldn’t duplicate it. A couple people kept trying and they finally the end of December. Right away I had a problem with some sensors. At first they couldn’t duplicate it. A couple people kept trying and they finally did. It took almost six weeks to get the parts. Shame on Acura. Not the dealerships fault. More

Once again did not properly reinstall the cover over the engine. At least this time they did not break any of the buttons or the air filter plenum. Adam is great to work with. I just recently got my alternator replaced the service was ok. The staff was nice I just had to make an extra trip because they forgot to program my radio and clock but other than that it was an ok experi was ok. Dave was helpful and accommodating with my concerns. Accelerated service was done in a timely manner and car wash was done well. Service was reasonable price.
