Horrible work It took me three trips to the dealership, a few days of work, quite a few phone calls, an oil stained garage and driveway, an abnormal worn out tire, It took me three trips to the dealership, a few days of work, quite a few phone calls, an oil stained garage and driveway, an abnormal worn out tire, broken undercar body plastics, empty reservoirs of fluids, no car wash, no courtesy car, to finally fix an oil consumption recall. Not the service that used to be when I was there before and during the renovation. Next time I might try a Illinois dealership that is about the same distance with you from my location. Because you are the only Acura dealership in town doesn't mean that you can have this kind of service with us. If it wasn't for Gary this review would have been a zero star one. More

My sole concern was that the pre-visit quote for a towing hitch did not include the labor charge. The service rep did call to alert me to this before work was actually started on this item. More

I needed a B13 service and Ron walked me through everything that was going to be done and explained it throughly. During the service Gary called to say some further service was needed. Service was poor they couldn't diagnose my transmission. They said they could on the phone. All they did was check for code and said sorry their are no codes. I could have told you that. I brought the car to you because you should have the tools to scan your brand of car! Nope all i got was its something internal! Well don't you have the tools to figure that out! I went to the dealer for a reason you should have the tools to figure out whats wrong. Very unsatisfied with the service I got from you and stole $75 for a obd scan that I can do! He didn't ask if their was a check engine light on. I told him the transmission needs to be checked out its not working properly. I asked what they did and said obd scan and check fluids. I did that already. So I hauled it their just so they could tell me what I already know their are no codes and the fluid is ok and The transmission has an issue. Don't you have the tools to diagnose the transmission your the dealer of the car. I want to not pay for what I already new. More
