Car did not appear to have had a car wash when I picked up the car after the service was performed. Was fairly covered in dirt when I picked it up. I dropped-off my RDX, thinking I had scheduled an appointment on-line, but it didn’t appear at the Service Department. Nevertheless, Dan was excellent and very accommodating. Excellent service! Very through protection taken for covid. Steering wheel, seats and floor were covered. Also observed disinfecting of contact areas in any customer visited areas. Bought my mdx from someone who brought her Acura in for every service it needed- never went anywhere else. This is the nicest car I’ve owned a little pricey for me but the car is absolutely fantastic, the service provided by Acura is great and you really take care of your customers. I find that since I’m young, I get treated like a child and you didn’t make me feel like that. May I ask- I was asked if I wanted my car washed off. Is that a free service when you come in when your car in serviced. I was not told...so I turned it down! Thank you and I’m so excited to be in the Acura family!!! More
