We have had 2 acuras over last 12 years both bought and serviced at Acura of Bellevue. We have been very satisfied with their service so far and have placed our trust in them. That trust was broken today serviced at Acura of Bellevue. We have been very satisfied with their service so far and have placed our trust in them. That trust was broken today, when the service manager convinced me that I needed 30K service at 13.5K and 3 years. When I checked the car manuals on the car's return I discovered that all I needed in addition to my 15K service was a brake fluid flush and did not need a transmission fluid or engine coolant change - this caused me to pay about $350 more than I should have paid for the service I needed. I did not expect this from this dealership and it is unfortunate that they did this. I am not sure if I will take the car back to them for service, and if I do, I'll have to be very careful with what they recommend. More
These guys rip you off majorly. The employees are friendly and polite and the service is good. But beware of their high prices - especially of the materials that they put in. Not sure about the sales department but Acura of Bellevue has an awesome team of Service guys. I brought my 1996 integra gsr to them for 9 years before I bought my current honda s2000.
