Awful Customer Service My husband and I each got a new Acura a few weeks ago at Acura of Seattle during the same visit. We live in Issaquah but chose the Seattle location because of an online deal on the specific model/package my husband was looking for. We called and checked with Acura of Bellevue (much closer to us) on availability of this model, package & color before going to Southcenter and they did not have availability. My husband has owned Acura cars his whole life since his very first car and this is my first (I have always been a BMW driver). We had a good buying experience at Acura of Seattle. I was having trouble syncing up my phone to my car. The salesman at Acura of Seattle offered to do it but we were there until after close and were very hungry and needed to go eat dinner so we left. I haven’t found myself down in the Southcenter area again since and I work on the Eastside (my office is in Bellevue) so I decided to stop by Acura of Bellevue to ask for help while in the area. The sales guy (Jeremy Seager) came up and told me that I AM NOT A CUSTOMER OF THEIR LOCATION and that I cannot be helped by them. I tried to explain that I am an ACURA CUSTOMER and just need help with a simple thing. He said he will not be helping me and walked away. I got upset and told him he was being rude and asked another sales guy for the manager. The manager (Frank Kelley) came out and told me that the sales guy is right and that all Acura locations are commission based and if I did not buy my car there and bring revenue to their location that I am not a customer and will not be helped by them. He said I am welcome to schedule any paid service appointments I need but will not be helped by anyone in the sales team at any time. I got very upset and left in tears because of how I was treated. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. My husband will continue to be an Acura buyer but will never be a customer of Acura of Bellevue because of this. I work in real estate and have a huge network in the eastside and have made sure to let many know about my recent experience with Bellevue of Acura. I am appalled that they treat people poorly just because they didn’t make commission off my purchase. They have not lost all future purchases and service appointments that we (and others we know) will make in the future as we will be taking our business to and recommending Acura of Seattle. There was only one customer there and salesmen just were just sitting around (now I understand why) and it would have taken probably just a few minutes to help and now I am writing these reviews instead of having my simple issue fixed. I am more upset about the way I was talked to and treated than not getting helped. If this truly is your policy to turn Acura customers away because a dime wasn't put in your pocket then your employees need to be coached on polite ways to communicate this to people who come in. Such as "I am very sorry but our policy does not allow us to help customers who purchased their car at another dealership" or "I am sorry that I cannot help you because our policy does not allow me to. Have you reached out to the dealership where you purchased the vehicle?", etc. What are customers who purchased out of state supposed to do????? More

After months of searching for a specific vehicle, we had dealt with our fair share of sketchy salesman, but Acura of Bellevue was a breath of fresh air! For example- we live a fair distance from the dealership and when we drove to pick up our new car it was still in the process of being detailed. We were immediately given the option to drive a rental home for the day while the process was completed if we were not in the mood to wait around. Little things that they did for us truly made the experience wonderful. While I hope we are not in the market for a new car anytime soon, we will absolutely be returning customers to Acura of Bellevue in the future. More

Told that I had my pick between 2 new cars, then told no car I walked in trying to buy a new MDX, spent time on a test drive, negotiated a trade in price, overall spent 4 hours at the dealership over 2 days. Told that they found 2 cars from another dealership and which interior would I like. Then the next day told that neither car is available and that now if I want a car it is 4K$ more than the previously agreed price. I will never return to this dealership and do not recommend the manager there or Brandon. Complete liars. More
A1 service Extremely disappointed in customer service. Brought my car to do A1 service, was promised a loaner on the phone. When got to the dealership, was told that loaner is not available (had to take Uber to get back to work). Requested tire rotation in addition to an oil change. When picked up my car, they tried to charge me a tire rotation but I had a coupon and did not pay. They did not do tire rotation even though on the paper they said they did. Now, I have to take car back to dealership to do tire rotation. I will Never ever use Bellevue dealership again as they waste client's time. More

He always communicated any issues and provided updates. I have had many opportunities to go to other dealerships for service, but I always return to Acura of Bellevue due to their service and skilled and experienced auto mechanics.
