Excellent customer service...as always I purchased my 2nd TLX from Acura of Bellevue last December. As a high volume real estate property manager in busy season, I was having a hard time ge I purchased my 2nd TLX from Acura of Bellevue last December. As a high volume real estate property manager in busy season, I was having a hard time getting in for my free 1st oil change. Twice I had to reschedule last minute & they were great. Got the best detail service ever for $200, free oil change & a loaner to make it work. My service rep Marc Levick stayed late instead of just putting keys at the sales desk to help move all my stuff back to my car. My husband just traded in his BMW 530i for an Acura. My broker traded a Mercedes convertible for a RDX. Keep up the good work!! More
