Our first attempt at this was Walker Acura New Orleans, and the experience was terrible. Not only were they completely unwilling to negotiate on last year's model, the sales woman was unable to reach any deals herself, and had to leave us for large stretches of time, only to come back and tell us she couldn't help us. We then called PJ at Acura Baton Rouge. He ran the numbers and determined that he was more than willing and able to help us. As we drove from NOLA to Baton Rouge, we worked with him on the phone to fill out the paperwork, so that once we arrived we literally only had to sign on the dotted line. The experience at Acura Baton Rouge was so incredible, in customer service and overall willingness to help with the sale, that it did not stop with PJ. We met with no fewer than 4 people over the course of the evening, and every one was helpful, friendly, and competent. I have bought many cars over the years in both Texas and Louisiana, and I can honestly say this was far and away the best experience I have ever had at a dealership, and would highly recommend them above anyone else in the region. They now have made a loyal customer of me for years to come. More

I have been looking for a used car for a few months now. I gave PJ the specifics of the type of car that I wanted and he inspected every car that came in until he found the perfect one for me. He called me as soon as it came in and within 24 hours, the car was mine! I was so impressed the he remembered my specific needs and was able to meet them so perfectly. The service continued even after the sale. Acura coordinated my trade pay-off, my loan set-up AND worked with my insurance company to update my information. I didn't have to do anything but sign a few papers...what a dream come true!! Thank you Acura and PJ for taking such good care of your customers...we'll definitely be back!! More
In my search for a preowned Expedition EL, I found a great internet price at acura of baton rouge. It was such a good deal that I was willing to fly one way from Nashville, Tn to buy this Expedition despite the 11 hour drive home to Tennessee. When Eddie and the pre~owned manager Mike found out I was an out of state buyer flying in, they sent a courtesy vehicle and driver to pick me up at the airport. The driver, Johnny, was on time, friendly, and helpful. Once at the dealership, the entire process was smooth and efficient. I enjoyed working with everyone and the finace manager was very helpful and gave me multiple extended warranty options. After the transaction was complete, I drove home to Tenneessee. After several days of driving, I noticed one tire had a small cut in the sidewall. I called Eddie back to let him know about the issue with the tire. Despite the fact that I did not have a warranty for the tires, Mike, the preowned manager, offered to send me a check to cover the cost of the tire, to include mounting and balancing labor. Overall, I was extremely pleased with every aspect of the transaction. I would, without hesitation, send my family and friends to this dealership. This was the best car buying experience I have had with any dealership, and as a 10 year Army officer, I have purchase vehicles in 5 different states. Car buying would be a much more enjoyable experience if all dealers operated in this manner! More
