My wife and I had previously purchased an Acura from this dealership so when it came time to buy her another car, we again visited Acura of Baton Rouge. Bo was very helpful to my wife and was very knowledge dealership so when it came time to buy her another car, we again visited Acura of Baton Rouge. Bo was very helpful to my wife and was very knowledgeable about the various vehicles we were considering. Ultimately, my wife decided to buy a new 2012 MDX. Bo made the buying process very easy and efficient, which was critical for us considering our busy schedules. You would think all dealerships would want to make the car buying experience this simple. When my wife finally picked up her new MDX, Bo spent a good bit of time going through all of the options again, setting up her Bluetooth, and all of the programmable functions to meet her specific needs. In the end, my wife is very pleased with her purchase and would buy from Bo and this dealership again. More
Went in to check out the MDX. Had emailed Brian prior to the visit, and was greeted as soon as we got in there. Unlike other dealerships, where you are met by seasoned sales people who are at the top of the the visit, and was greeted as soon as we got in there. Unlike other dealerships, where you are met by seasoned sales people who are at the top of the game and you have to battle and bargain to get your price across, Brian instantly gives you a feeling that he is on your side. He was patient, friendly and great to work with. We loved the car on the test drive and only reason we didnt come away with the car was because of the price. We had contacted dealerships in Texas, Mississippi and New Orleans. We got the lowest quote from a dealer in Houston. When I informed Brian I was going to Houston to get the car, he immediately asked me to wait and then came back with an offer to match the price. And the buying experience was first class. When we went there, everything was ready for us. Documents were signed and finance was arranged, Brian took care of the insurance, and vehicle was ready to be driven away. Even after the sale, whenever I had questions, Brian would immediately respond either by phone or via email. Its now 7 months after the purchase, but if I went in to the dealership today, Brian knows me by name and comes to greet me. Thats personalized service at its very best. I highly recommend Brian and Acura of Baton Rouge. More

He knew what my husband and I wanted and seeked to make each of us happy before we left the lot. He called after the purchase to see how I was enjoying my TL. WOW! Thats above and beyond! All of my maintenance and repairs are handled by the Acura Service team...and I have never left feeling overcharged or had to return with the same issue. The excellent service and quality of Acura's vehicles made me a repeat customer. More

Customer service provided by Acura of Baton Rouge is more than I ever expected. I was unable to bring my car in to have the sealant applied, I sent my dad in instead. John made me feel like I was dealing with an older brother that cared more about my happiness with my purchase than meeting a quota. He took the time to find the exact vehicle I was looking for. We first dealt with LeBlanc Nissan and the used vehicles they had were not very clean, the options listed on the internet were not correct and the salesperson was not very helpful. We went to Acura of Baton Rouge and were immediately greeted with a respectful and knowledgeable salesperson named Kasey. She offered a more than fair price for the Pathfinder and treated us as if we were buying a top-of-the-line Acura. Their finance department even offered better financing than our own bank and the whole buying experience was a pleasure. I would recommend Acura of Baton Rouge to anyone wanting to buy an automobile! Next vehicle we purchase, we will definitely go back and see them! I'll tell anyone I know to try them first. A top-notch local company with the best staff in the industry.
