Twice now, I specifically scheduled a service appointment to have my recalled airbag replaced. Both times they did not have the part to install. I feel swindled every time I leave I bought a 2010 TL from this dealership in 2013. Before the first 3,000 miles the engine oil tank went dry. I brought it in and was condescendingly in I bought a 2010 TL from this dealership in 2013. Before the first 3,000 miles the engine oil tank went dry. I brought it in and was condescendingly informed not to go by oil percentage but focus on miles (why do they repeatedly put oil percentage on the sticker then?). My engine continued to burn oil, and I continued to inform them of this issue. I park in the garage so I knew that there wasn't any leaking. I also continually saw smoke from the tail pipe. I was told they "put a note" in the system. I eventually got tired of their attitude, and I started having a local mechanic service my car. In late February I received a notice from Acura entitled: Warranty Extension: Engine Oil Consumption Exceeds Client Expectations. It stated that I needed to bring my car to an Acura dealer for an engine oil consumption test. If the dealer determines that there is excessive consumption, the dealer will repair my vehicle free of charge. I made an appointment and Bradford Haskins Sr told me that this was visit one of four total visits - they needed to test consumption after every thousand miles to see if it exceeded one quart per 1,000 miles. Furthermore, he told me that my rear main seal was leaking, and before they could even start the test, I needed to have that repaired. As it was a major project parts and labor would be in the neighborhood of $1,700. He also said no note had ever been left in the system. I took it to my mechanic. He was able to access the rear main seal and determined it was totally dry and not leaking. I called corporate Acura and they told me to honor the Warranty Extension that a) had to take it to a Acura dealership for the Consumption Test and b) but before I could do that, they had to relook at the rear main seal. As this is diagnostic, I would be charged the labor on this major project. Acura of Avon's Service is untrustworthy, and Acura Corporate did not care enough to even attempt to make it right. More

Excellent Service Team I have been a customer of Acura of Avon since 2007 and have purchased two RDX's from the from the dealership. While the sales experience was a great I have been a customer of Acura of Avon since 2007 and have purchased two RDX's from the from the dealership. While the sales experience was a great experience it was the service experience that drove my decision to get another RDX from Acura of Avon. While I was intrigued with other SUV's in the RDX class I just couldn't see leaving the service team who consistently provides friendly and high quality service every time. More
NEW Acura ZDX but going for 8 years for service.. On today DEC,30 2014 I picked up my 2010 Acura zdx from Acura of avon. No, I did not buy it from them, No, I did not have them pick it up for me. I ha On today DEC,30 2014 I picked up my 2010 Acura zdx from Acura of avon. No, I did not buy it from them, No, I did not have them pick it up for me. I had sent form another Dealer in OHIO!! I Trusted Bill, and Tim and team (mark) to do the check and service on this car as though I bought it from them. WHY? because 9 yrs I have been driving 50miles(one way) to Acura of avon for service on my 2005 RL when I could easily go 3miles to my local acura dealer. Avon treats me like one of the family. they do not Lie or upsale repairs you do not need to your vehicle. or treat you like you are stupid or small. I can tell Tim or Bill(great service manager) what I want and they will do it ,if the can without gouge you for a high cost! They are as down to earth as any working guy. I trust them. I am a lower middle class guy working pay check to pay check I never leave beat up or felling cheated for acura avon service. many have come and gone but they keep there honesty and professionalism everytime. Mark is a tech who works on my Acura each time. He does it right the first time and keeps your vehicle until it is right to give it to you, even overnight!! without charging you more.. Now hows that for service..!! You will come back with your acura if you drive up there one time and meet the team of Acura of AVON.. GOOD People. Happy New Year to all. More

I drive all the way from Manchester just to go to the service department for an oil change. I recommended that my Mom start taking her Honda there for service and she couldn't be happier. Their prices are really fair, they are honest and upfront, and they bend over backwards to make sure you are satisfied. I will, undoubtedly, be back to buy another Acura when I'm due for a new car again. More

Starting off with the outstanding salesman, Mike Iacino, and the amazing service staff, Tim, Danielle and Ruben right on through to the technicians who keep my car running forever!! I have never felt more welcome at a dealership than I have with Acura of Avon. The honest and straight-forward approach that these fine people have provided, have kept me and my car together for ten years. When the time comes that I must give up my MDX, a sad day indeed, I will most definitely be calling upon Mike, to find me another. Great job, great team, GREAT DEALERSHIP!! Thanks for all you do. I cant say enough good things about the service manager at this Acura dealer. I brought my vehicle in late in the day on the spur of the moment as I noticed the tire had a large gash in the side and the v at this Acura dealer. Unfortunately, there were no loaners available and I had four of my children with me who had to go to sports practices in another town. Without missing a beat, Bob offered to have an Acura employee shuttle my children to their practices, while I waited a half hour for my tire to be changed. So while I thought my auto trouble would cause my children to miss practice, Bob actually organized it so not only did they make practice...but they arrived early! My tire was fixed and I was outta there in a half hour and they charged no more (possibly less) than the discount tire dealer!! Kudos to the employees at Acura of Avon and especially Bob the service manager. More
