Poor communication until I called repeatedly asking about the status of my car. I never had a voicemail message that I left for different individuals returned. Also thought I was in a loaner but I was never the status of my car. I never had a voicemail message that I left for different individuals returned. Also thought I was in a loaner but I was never in one. Car was there over 2 weeks and not even vacuumed out or washed even after my issues with communications. Once was left on hold for over 5 minutes when I called to ask status. More
