Car was dropped off Monday with appointment . I said I needed it before Thursday because we were leaving Friday. We had to call Thursday to check on it and they called Friday saying it was ready I said I needed it before Thursday because we were leaving Friday. We had to call Thursday to check on it and they called Friday saying it was ready and we had already left. Seat had an issue which they couldn’t find so it still has an issue. I don’t see where the 20% discount was honored. More
