Service advisor Perla Soto of the service department did a wonderful job at taking care of my TLX from every step of the way from maintenance to doing anything to reassuring me about any and all concerns. S a wonderful job at taking care of my TLX from every step of the way from maintenance to doing anything to reassuring me about any and all concerns. She did her absolute best and I will always return to her for any and all concerns for my vehicle. She was able to easily arrange a loaner car for me especially when other dealerships couldn't even get me an estimate on when a loaner would be available. She definitely made going to a dealer an easy choice and returning to one an even easier choice! More
Labor here is $198 per hour. Almost $200. Let that sink in. The service department at this place is awful and incompetent! I went here to have my car checked for problems and they couldn't figure out anything, I had to point out some things to them to fix, o incompetent! Eddie is the worst! He is grouchy, unfriendly, and doesn't want to help you at all, his customer service is horrible! Because of him I took my business elsewhere, and thank god for that, because I ended up saving money and was treated much better at another Acura dealership. This place charges you alot more than other dealerships, and when you point that out they rudely tell you your more than welcome to take it other places. Your better off taking your car elsewhere because you will be treated better and probably save money, they gouge you at this place, without even treating you nicely! More

I was at the Acura of Alahambra dealer helping a friend to negotiate a lease on a car, when the director of finance ERIK CRAIN offered a service contract on the vehicle for $1,500.00 for the 3 years I told to negotiate a lease on a car, when the director of finance ERIK CRAIN offered a service contract on the vehicle for $1,500.00 for the 3 years I told my friend to decline it because she would return the car with only 22,500 miles at the end of the lease (7,500 miles per year) this guy Erik went beserk and made the comment “ you can fix stupid” because we did not want the contract service, very unprofessional person so be careful when you shop at this dealer More

Used to honor other dealers coupons, but no more. When I commented about pricing to service manager he replied oh well and prices likely going up. This is my second review in as many weeks. Only came back this second time to get a recall fixed and quick A service (no oil or tire rotation) and it was 69.98. Never coming back. Time for Thomas Acura or Cerritos. Too bad as I really liked the previous ownership and service advisors. These owners heading for problems. More
