Other customers were a bit challenging about an unavoidable situation which they were doing their best to rectify, and they handled this with grace and professionalism as well. Very consistent For 17 years and 3 vehicles we have always had consistent, courteous and professional service through Acura by Executive, and there aren't that many d For 17 years and 3 vehicles we have always had consistent, courteous and professional service through Acura by Executive, and there aren't that many dealerships at this level . Unlike many, the service crew at Executive make very clear what is needed and what is recommended, not pressuring but clearly explaining the difference, and safety is always the first concern. I have read the negative reviews and can only say we have not had those experiences or I would certainly have said so long ago. I hope that the service experience will continue as it has and that many others can enjoy the same. More
