First and foremost we apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused. It is not our intention to upset any customer or sell a vehicle out from under them. It is unfortunate but sometimes multiple sales associates are working the exact same car with a different customer at the exact same time. When dealing with a pre-owned vehicle there is always a risk of the one particular vehicle being sold by another salesperson because there is only one unique vehicle in that situation.
