Phil was exceptional! By far, he had made it the most pleasant experience for me when buying a car. I lease my vehicles so every 3 or 4 years, I am out seaching for something new and exciting. Phil was not only extremely knowledgeable with the 3 Acura vehicles I had interest in, he was just so easy and pleasant to work with. He was also very patient. It's important for me not to feel pressured or pursuaded in a certain direction and I cannot say enough about Phil. We were there for almost an entire day and I wouldn't have wanted to be assisted by anyone else. Phil was recommended to us by Tom in the repair shop and he certainly pointed us to the right person.
