Wasn’t satisfied I was told to come in Saturday morning to drop off my car and get a loaner. Came in and waited an hour just for them to tell me I have to come back Mo I was told to come in Saturday morning to drop off my car and get a loaner. Came in and waited an hour just for them to tell me I have to come back Monday because They don’t have any loaners. I had to be to work in boca which is a hour drive. I came back Monday and was given an dirty ILX. More

Absolute worst Dealer Service Center I have ever encountered The Service Advisors and Mechanics don't have a clue. They are inept and even with the diagnostic equipment that they have, they fail in diagnostics a The Service Advisors and Mechanics don't have a clue. They are inept and even with the diagnostic equipment that they have, they fail in diagnostics and subject clients to exorbitant costs, undue Service Time and misdiagnosis. BEWARE!! I purchased a pre-own Acura TL. The sales part was easy and a pleasant experience. I had my car only 2 months and it been in and out of the service department and each time something needs done and somet and a pleasant experience. Stay away from this place. The sales staff is incompetent and the manager is clueless. Try Rick Case instead. I stopped going to Acura of Pembroke Pines even though it's only a few miles from my home. The dr and the manager is clueless. Try Rick Case instead. acura cars are good. acura dealer service sucks. some acura models need to be taken to the dealers for servicing which sucks because their service sucks, but what are you going to do? not everyone can ge acura models need to be taken to the dealers for servicing which sucks because their service sucks, but what are you going to do? not everyone can get good service. sometimes they get it right and sometimes they dont...what you gonna do about it? if they dont care then i dont care..try something else. or goto a different dealer for servicing. if someone at this dealer says something that is guaranteed dont trust them. i guess as a consumer you still have to check and make sure everything guaranteed was given BEFORE u drive off the dealer. anyhow i dont care im changing manufacturers not bc acura car itself sucked but servicing is annoying. More
