Wasn’t satisfied I was told to come in Saturday morning to drop off my car and get a loaner. Came in and waited an hour just for them to tell me I have to come back Mo I was told to come in Saturday morning to drop off my car and get a loaner. Came in and waited an hour just for them to tell me I have to come back Monday because They don’t have any loaners. I had to be to work in boca which is a hour drive. I came back Monday and was given an dirty ILX. More

Absolute worst Dealer Service Center I have ever encountered The Service Advisors and Mechanics don't have a clue. They are inept and even with the diagnostic equipment that they have, they fail in diagnostics a The Service Advisors and Mechanics don't have a clue. I purchased a pre-own Acura TL. The sales part was easy and a pleasant experience. I had my car only 2 months and it been in and out of the service department and each time something needs done and somet and a pleasant experience.
