Recall appointment I scheduled an appt with Neville on a Saturday to have an item that was recalled fixed. Upon arriving, it was very busy and Neville was with another c I scheduled an appt with Neville on a Saturday to have an item that was recalled fixed. Upon arriving, it was very busy and Neville was with another customer. Instead of waiting, I approached the office next to Neville and spoke to Jean. I explained that I am there for a recall only and if he can help me because Neville is busy.. Jean took care of me 100%! The wait was minimal and Jean made sure I was in and out in a timely manner. Jean made the dreaded trip to service the car fast and easy. I would recommend him highly. More

Poor communication We received a recall notice for our sons 2017 Acura ILX i called made an appointment to have it checked. Left the car overnight was told our car was o We received a recall notice for our sons 2017 Acura ILX i called made an appointment to have it checked. Left the car overnight was told our car was one that needed the part which was Monday. I told Neville that my son was leaving for college on Saturday morning he said no problem. I called Wednesday to followup and was told part was in and tech was going to start on the car next and that Neville was going to update me on Thursday at 12. No call from Neville so Thursday at 2 i called Neville after calling 6 times to reach him. He then went on to tell me that the tech didnt start on my car. I then called Larry Schlossberg the General Manager whom i have purchased 4 cars from this dealership. I explained to him our situation and then he finally took care of it. It seems that there is a lack of communication within the service department after numerous calls from my wife as well. Everyone in the department had different explainations and time frames. More
