My Temporary Tag was Taken The dealership mis handled my temporary tag when they put my permanent plate on my car. My old temp tag was taken and used on another vehicle so The dealership mis handled my temporary tag when they put my permanent plate on my car. My old temp tag was taken and used on another vehicle so I was getting bills in the mail from FDOT and Sun Pass for tolls that was not my car. Its like someone stealing your identity. I am still fighting this with FDOT. When I called the dealership all I got for an explanation was. Oh temp tags are easy to forge. Funny it started happening right after I returned it. As a side note, my salesperson was great but the chain of custody with the tag was poor and mishandled. More

Jordan Ferber was my service advisor (Jordan is also the Service Manager). When I brought my MDX in for service and explained the problem to Jordan, he immediately suspected what the problem was and took ownership of the problem to diagnose and repair the vehicle. He told me exactly how long the repair would take and called me as soon as the vehicle was finished. The problem was exactly as he had diagnosed it to be. Jordan has always been extremely nice, considerate and caring for his customers. More
