Saturday 9/14/24 appointment at 12:00pm and several employees didn’t approach me to ask how I am doing or greet me or ask what was my visit for that day NOTHING. My husband and I had to figure everythi employees didn’t approach me to ask how I am doing or greet me or ask what was my visit for that day NOTHING. My husband and I had to figure everything out for ourselves like if we come here every day. There’s a young man that knows zero English apparently named Alberto that was greeted by my husband twice and he just looked at him and went on his way until he just said his name and that’s it nothing else. We waited almost half hour before a service advisor was available and thankfully Lucas was nice and helped us out. Well’s waited a little over 2 hours just to change one tire that was flat on my new 2023 Acura RDX with less than 6,000 miles yet and the right rear tire on the inner trim of it was apparently peeling and caused it to pop while I was driving with my baby but thankfully I was close to home and turned back. Upon getting the call that my car was ready we go back and my car is no where to be found at the end I had to ask one of the young men by the podium at the service area to please get my car because it was parked somewhere else he didn’t say anything he just grabbed my key and reversed my car back under roof of where you first enter the service department area at the Acura Pembroke Pines location no have a nice day no take care zero NOTHING. Oh and the two young ladies at the service department cashier behind the window were playing around laughing and goofing off the whole time we were there and she was rude and sarcastic she seemed to not be able to find my paperwork and key so I helped her by saying hey those are my keys for my white rdx she tells me “oh I don’t know I don’t see that, what’s the last name?” We’ve been here before and didn’t have this experience but we did not appreciate this visit. We don’t care about any coupon or “discount” or anything like that because the little things is what counts in life and that day nobody but Lucas had it. Thank you Lucas. That’s about it. Hope next visit is better. Thank you for your time. More
