Despite being put in a very difficult situation where they were unable to repair my vehicle due to a manufacturer delay with backordered parts, their service team kept an open channel of communication wi they were unable to repair my vehicle due to a manufacturer delay with backordered parts, their service team kept an open channel of communication with me through out the whole ordeal and gave me much needed reassurance. The service manager make feel i am the 1% unlucky customer who has too many problems with a new 2025 Acura mdx technology package, and he said is normal to have too many problems with a brand new car customer who has too many problems with a new 2025 Acura mdx technology package, and he said is normal to have too many problems with a brand new car, instead to show some some empathy and understanding for my frustration and disappointment for all this issues in a 56 thousand dollars brand new car Also I spent 8 hours in the car dealership because they were fixing something in my car just to leave and find the same day at home that they left a lose part on my car.
