A great place to service your Acura. I purchased my 2014 Acura RDX elsewhere because Pauly was not competitive in price and wouldn't negotiate. Their service department is great. I took my TSX there for an oil change & clunking noise before driving to California. They caught an issue that another local dealership missed, actually showed me the pr for an oil change & clunking noise before driving to California. They caught an issue that another local dealership missed, actually showed me the problem under my car, maintained awesome communication throughout the process, and completed the work in a reasonable period of time. On a nitpicky note, however, their customer waiting area is a little bland and I had ONE experience with an employee (out of about 4 visits) that was not worthy of 5 stars. Overall, as I said, they're great! I never write reviews, but after a horrible experience with a dealer where I live now I wanted to reward them on a job well done with this little shout out. More
