They listened to all of my concerns, took time with me to explain everything I had a great experience at my first appointment at Pauly Acura Service. They listened to all of my concerns, took time with me to explain everything and came up with a solution to one of the issues with my MDX. I was impressed that the service managers worked together to identify the issue and find a solution. My service Manager Ken Kalte was very courteous and polite and seems trustworthy. Although Pauly Acura is not the closest Acura dealer to me, I will definitely return to them for future service. Thank you guys for updating the system on my transmission. My MDX is shifting much better now. More

Roger (and Courtney) not only beat the price from the other dealership where I'd gotten an estimate, they also helped me get some of the settings changed and treated me as well as if I'd bought the car there.
