I would appreciate it if you could honor the quote we got for the tire balancing (which was $50) rather than the $80 we were charged, and also take out the approximately $21 "shop charge" that we were not told about when we brought the car in to get the work done. So that would amount to a refund to us of about $50 I would consider that fair (though it doesn't really compensate me for the fact that they told me to bring in the car to be worked on at 8:30 and it wasn't started until about 1130 and wasn't ready until the end of the day).
