Pauly is fantastic! I have been having trouble with my Nav for almost a year. My previous dealership initially said there was nothing they could do. They did work on it i I have been having trouble with my Nav for almost a year. My previous dealership initially said there was nothing they could do. They did work on it in March. The fix lasted for 4 months. When I reached out to the new management, they said they would look into it and call me back. 6 weeks later I called and the manager said ‘oh, yes, there is nothing we can do’. Thankfully I called Pauly. Roger said bring it in. Kevin took all the info and sent it to the tech. They ended up replacing the antenna on the system and so far so good. Pauly, you are my go to people from now on!!! More
