The service department is always very friendly and honest. The fact I can get a loaner if it is a lengthier service is terrific. I can always get an appointment when I want it. Hunt Hamill had the most comprehensive product knowledge of any car salesman I have ever met. Hunt was very thorough, straightforward, and patient throughout my time at the dealership without being pushy or obnoxious. Many larger organizations end up being reviewed by the impression customers get from their face to face experience with whatever employee they first encounter when they walk in the door. Pauly Acura is lucky to have Hunt Hamill as a representative. Hunt is an exemplary salesman and could not have done a better job. Fast, friendly, convenient, but issues with Acura's warranty I contacted Pauly to replace a battery on short notice. They took me the same morning and finished the job within an hour. The issue that bothers me is that I own a 2009 TSX and had replaced the original battery 1-1/2 years ago under warranty (work done @ McGrath downtown). So naturally I was surprised to have to replace the battery again so soon. I was told that the current battery is not covered under warranty and paid for the new one, which incidentally, comes with a 100 month warranty. My concern is why the original replacement battery died so soon and wasn't covered. Did McGrath use a bad battery 1-1/2 years ago? Aren't the Acura approved parts all covered by warranty? I understand that there may be a bad battery here or there, so then why not stand behind it? Overall I am very pleased with Pauly's quick service and prices but am concerned with the need to replace the battery so soon. By the way the people at Pauly are nicer than at McGrath downtown. More

They provided additional information at the last minute and then put on the heavy sales technique. I do love my car but would advise people to go to a different dealer. These guys will pull whatever tricks they can. Their is a reason they have not invested in a new building as they know their time is limited. More
