Do NOT buy a used car here. The dealership is extremely disorganized - the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. For starters, I received multiple calls/texts asking me to set an appointment for a car I looked at online - after I had already scheduled an appointment online and received an email confirmation. They changed my contact person 3x by the time I got to the dealership that night. After test drive, agreed to buy the car but it had an issue that needed repair. Dealership promised the issue was minor and could be easily fixed. I'm too trusting and assumed they would keep their word, however, I refused to give them the title to my trade-in or the cash I was going to put down until I had the car, which they agreed to. I received no proactive communication from them about the car status. I called 4 bus days later. Salesman and manager are busy, as they were every single time I called. Was told salesman would call me back. Salesman calls and says he "just found out 15 minutes ago" that it was ready but I was out of town. Four days later, on a Sunday, the Finance guy calls because he wants the title and down payment, tells me the salesman quit a few days ago. Nine bus days after agreeing to purchase it (12 calendar days), I had appointment to pick it up. Drove 30 minutes to the dealership and had to wait 10 minutes to find out, surprise, surprise - it's not ready! Miscommunication with the service department. I asked to be let out of the contract because I had no trust in them at this point. The Finance guy (who got stuck dealing with the situation) tried to convince me to take a loaner home until the car was ready. The GM was on site so I had to talk to him. He was extremely disinterested in hearing what I had to say yet argued that they were a highly rated dealership. Luckily, since I had not given them the trade-in title or down payment, they let me out of it because the taxes on the sale had not yet been paid. You would think that after my salesman quit, that another salesperson or sales manager would have contacted me. Nope. Sales manager only made an appearance on night I agreed to buy. We literally had barely gotten out of the car from the test drive when the vampire was on us. I guess they have figured out that they can take advantage of people who are tired of car shopping. During this debacle, I called and emailed the dealer several times. Received no response to emails. Every single time I called and asked for the salesman or sales manager, they were all "busy." I got busy and took my business elsewhere, buying a car from a very responsive dealership. More

I spent a lot of time with the General Manager Nick Skwierczynski who was able to find a perfect vehicle for me and my family. He was extremely patient when I told him the price we needed to be at monthly and assured me that they would find something that would be perfect. I visited 3 Acura dealerships in our area and this was by far the best of them all! I would highly recommend this store if you are in the market for a car. More
