Deceptive, underhanded, shady business. Charged us an interest rate that was a full percent higher than we agreed to. Made the overall loan $12,000 more than expected and did not provide a copy of our paper work for over a month. We have an open fraud case against these charlatans and would recommend shopping anywhere else for a car. More

Unbelievably horrible service, a total of 8 phone calls placed over a 3 day period and not a single employee was able to answer nor return my phone call. Dropped my vehicle off for service 3 weeks ago and placed over a 3 day period and not a single employee was able to answer nor return my phone call. Dropped my vehicle off for service 3 weeks ago and I have not had a single update. No one would provide any information or updates. When you call their number they wont transfer you to anyone that can help. Stay away from this place like the plague. More
