He was very pleasant and spent a lot of time with me looking at the different options for my purchase. I did not feel pressured to purchase anything and felt like I had all the information I needed to make a decision on my purchase. Bob scheduled me quickly with a finance person (sorry I cannot recall his name) which was very quick and efficient. It took less than 30 minutes to apply for a loan and go through the DOT paperwork. Bob then walked me through all aspects of purchasing the RAV. Excellent experience and I would work with Bob again on a purchase of a car. More

Could be more trustful and better serving Bought a used Toyota. The car had some issues, that I had requested to fix by delivery. I was delivered the car with no issue fixed. It wasn't even detailed inside as it had all the sticky surfaces that I had noticed when taking the initial test drive. I had to bring the car to the Acton Toyota service center to get the issues checked and fixed. However, my experience was overall positive. The seller was good although negotiation was tough. Oh, they had also given me 5000 Acton Toyota points that the seller calculated to be around $62.50. In the service center they said it was really $10 (ten bucks!). That really made me feel bad and less trusting to the sellers. More
