Best Quick Lane I know Of In New England I have been to several quick lanes across the country. Acton Quick Lane is the best of them. There were 2 in the Vegas area I went too. Drove my car t I have been to several quick lanes across the country. Acton Quick Lane is the best of them. There were 2 in the Vegas area I went too. Drove my car there for the winter. They are always packed (even during early bird drop off!) had to wait several hours just for an oil change and check up. Acton has always been about 20 min or less. Vegas was pricier about everything. I've also been to Tasca Ford the main one in Cranston, RI and there satellite in East Providence. Tasca on the customer sheet hand out said they put the wrong oil type in my car (they did convince me that they put whatever oil type they see on the oil change cap though) and the satellite Tasca wanted an extra $30 for the oil change because they did not have 0w20 standard like any of the others. Acton always gave me a properly filled out spec test result sheet! None of the others gave a complete one! There is one quicklane in Rhode Island that is almost as good as Acton, and that is the Warwick, RI one. I go to either the Warwick or Acton Quick Lane now. (unless I'm in Vegas... In which case I suffer thorugh the wait...) The Warwick Quick lane has only the Tasca Quick lane to compare itself too; so it doesn't have to work hard to be better. They should compare themselves to Acton! So Acton (A), Warwick (B+), Tasca main (C), Tasca satellite (C-), Vegas (C+) More
Cheaters in service department This place, Acton Ford service department absolutely sucks. I live nearby and was serviced there a few times - I leased Ford Focus Electric in 2012 from them and bought a new one in 2015 - a really nice and silent car requiring almost no maintenance. Recently I noticed some sort of noise and light vibration in my Ford Focus Electric (3 years old, 31K). Service department suggested to change all 4(!) tires (that was a first red flag to me , as 2 front tires were replaced 2 months ago). Some suspension support parts had to be changed (I can understand that) and they reassured me all rotors were totally rusted and that caused noise (while driving? I did not complaint about any brakes noise). So, stupidly I agreed to have everything serviced, but front tires. In every electric car, breaks are used 10-20% of time to slow down. So I would expect them to live at lest 100K+(if not 200K) miles or longer. Not 30K. Any attempts of mine to even look at the original rotors were rejected by a manager, as had they intentionally disposed them before I came to pick-up my car. So, I paid at least $700 extra for totally unnecessary new breaks and the service refused to even show any proof, why that needed to be done. Do not ever go to the cheaters. They would lie and lie and lie to you. Every time they can. More

At the conclusion of the visit I was shocked to learn that my vehicle registration had expired and that I had been driving an unregistered car for almost a year. Momentarily stunned by this unexpected news, I was at a complete loss as to how to proceed. Service Adviser Kenny Meharg was commendably patient and helpful in allowing me to regain my bearings and cope with the situation, certainly going beyond what might have been expected. My special thanks to him. More
