Lou is great! My wife & I started looking for cars & stopped at Active. Lou greeted us & was wonderful. We came back the next day to test drive a vehicle. Tommy My wife & I started looking for cars & stopped at Active. Lou greeted us & was wonderful. We came back the next day to test drive a vehicle. Tommy came out with us & he was great & made the test drive easy. When we got back to the shop we thought we’d be dealing with Lou, but he was busy with another customer. This is when we met the owner; WE WERE COMPLETELY PUT OFF!!! He didn’t even ask our names just “is this cash”. We immediately left!!! My wife didn’t want us to buy the vehicle at all considering it was over priced & the owner was so rude. If I had more time to find a vehicle I would’ve gone elsewhere. This was simply a purchase of convenience. THANK YOU LOU & TOMMY, you two were great, your boss on the other hand was awful. We won’t be recommending this used car dealership. We were dealing with the Hatboro shop. More
